Scope of Work
This requirement seeks a contractor to provide comprehensive EMS and EMT training. Key activities include:
- Developing and implementing a secure, web-based interactive distance learning management system.
- Delivering accredited training courses that meet national, state, and accrediting/certifying organization standards (e.g., NREMT, CECBEMS, ASHI, AHA).
- Training up to 250 EMTs and paramedics annually.
- Ensuring instructors are qualified, culturally competent, and communicate respectfully with students and tribal personnel.
- Providing technical assistance and managing participant data, including testing scores, credentials, and evaluations.
- Coordinating training logistics, prioritizing Federal facilities for sites, and managing registration services.
