Contract Details
This is a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The acquisition is unrestricted due to its sole source nature. Delivery is expected within 90 Calendar Days from the date of award. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses from the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), including Buy American Act and Trade Agreements Act considerations.
Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit a quotation in response to this RFQ, representing compliance with applicable representations and certifications in SAM. A critical requirement is the submission of documentation from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) confirming the offeror is an authorized reseller or distributor of the quoted brand-name items. Quotations without this documentation may not be considered. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Offerors are encouraged to provide published or historical pricing data to support price analysis.
