• Order of Precedence: In case of conflict, Amendments take precedence, followed by Schedule of Supplies, Terms and Conditions, IRPOD/Master Procurement Specification, STRS, Drawings, and Specifications.
• Waivers/Deviations: Requests for delivery date extensions or non-conformance waivers must be identified with the quotation or prior to manufacture, accompanied by justification and an offer of consideration.
• Certificate of Compliance: A Certificate of Compliance per DI-MISC-81356 is required at the time of material delivery for each unique combination of Contract/Purchase Order Number, National Stock Number, and Item Nomenclature.
