Scope of Work
This procurement covers a range of A-E services, including:
- Primary A-E Services: Land Use Planning; Air Installations Compatible Use Zones (AICUZ) and Range Air Installations Compatible Use Zones (RAICUZ) Studies; Encroachment Action Plans (EAP) or Encroachment Control Plans (ECP); Strategic Engagement and Communication Plans (SECP); Outreach Planning Materials; and Electronic Database development.
- Secondary Services: Related studies/analysis for encroachment management, Range Complex Management Plans (RCMP), Integrated Natural Resource Management Plans (INRMP), Readiness and Environmental Protection Integration (REPI) Program plans, and other special planning, engineering, and encroachment support deliverables (e.g., analytical assessments, geospatial analysis, traffic studies, glint/glare analysis, radar assessments, plume analysis, lighting studies, socio-economic studies). Assistance with public notice, training, and publicizing encroachment-related studies is also included.
Contract & Timeline
