Scope of Work

The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and facilities to:

• Haul out USCG 47 FT MLB 47271 to stable blocking or cradle using two straps.
• Securely block the vessel in accordance with military specifications.
• Remove the port engine and reinstall a repaired or new port engine, following MPC's and Manufacturer's Instructions.
• Launch the vessel using two straps.
• Ensure the vessel is ready for use within 5 working days from scheduled haul out after contract award.
• The Coast Guard representative will ensure watertight integrity and test all propulsion machinery before launch.

Key Requirements

• Vessel Specifications: Hull Length 47’ 11”, Beam 14’ 0”, Hoisting condition 40,000 LBS.
• Work Conditions: If additional work is found after haul out, the contractor must report findings immediately via CFR with a commercial estimate.
• Workmanship: All work must be accomplished with best standard practices by experienced personnel, supervised by experienced personnel, and be satisfactory to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
• Compliance: Contractor must obtain all necessary permits, licenses, and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Cleanup: Responsible for removing all HAZWASTE, trash, and debris, leaving the job site clean.
• Inspection: Upon completion, contact the COR for inspection and acceptance.
• Modifications: No oral modifications to the contract are permitted.

1. Technical Capability: Offeror’s ability to perform services as described in the PWS.
2. Past Performance: Offeror’s record of relevant and recent past performance.
3. Price: Fair and reasonable pricing.
