Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and facilities to:
- Haul out USCG 47 FT MLB 47271 to stable blocking or cradle using two straps.
- Securely block the vessel in accordance with military specifications.
- Remove the port engine and reinstall a repaired or new port engine, following MPC's and Manufacturer's Instructions.
- Launch the vessel using two straps.
- Ensure the vessel is ready for use within 5 working days from scheduled haul out after contract award.
- The Coast Guard representative will ensure watertight integrity and test all propulsion machinery before launch.
Key Requirements
- Vessel Specifications: Hull Length 47’ 11”, Beam 14’ 0”, Hoisting condition 40,000 LBS.
- Work Conditions: If additional work is found after haul out, the contractor must report findings immediately via CFR with a commercial estimate.

- Cleanup: Responsible for removing all HAZWASTE, trash, and debris, leaving the job site clean.
- Inspection: Upon completion, contact the COR for inspection and acceptance.
