• The non-price section should address Technical Acceptability (matching or equivalent configuration, new or rebuilt status).

• The price section requires unit price and extended total for the item, including all associated costs (supervision, labor, transportation, materials, overhead, profit, etc.).

• Questions must be submitted in writing via email to mduane@blm.gov at least two business days before the solicitation closing date.

• Solicitation Closing Date: 03/20/2026 at 1700 PD Local Time.

• Evaluation will be based on Technical Acceptability and Price. Price must be fair and reasonable.

• This acquisition is set aside 100.00% for Small Business.

• Payment will be made via the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To obtain a new or remanufactured transfer case for a Vale District Type 4 Fire Engine, VIN: 3HAWBMMR2JL337659, to restore it to service after failure of the low range gear shaft.

• Provide a new or rebuilt transfer case.

• Deliver the provided part to 100 Oregon Street, Vale, Oregon 97918.

• Pick up the core part.

• The replacement transfer case must match or be equivalent to the OEM configuration.

• Delivery of the replacement transfer case must be completed within two calendar weeks of contract award.

• Delivery Location: 100 Oregon Street, Vale, Oregon 97918.

• Delivery Timeline: Within two calendar weeks of contract award.

• The provided transfer case must match or be equivalent to the OEM transfer case configuration. The tag in the image identifies the specific configuration needed (Model: MTC4208XLEV-101-100-205, Cust No: 3824768C92, Serial No: LRS01105046).

• The government prefers a new transfer case but will accept a rebuilt transfer case as an alternative to avoid extended lead times.
