Scope of Work

The contractor will provide comprehensive water sample testing services for the MH-65 Engine Wash Water used on USCG MH-65E helicopters. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing sample containers and outbound shipping kits to USCG units/cutters.
  • Receiving returned water samples from USCG units/cutters (estimated 100 annually, sporadic frequency).
  • Performing laboratory analysis by an accredited laboratory using standard ISO/ASTM methods for parameters such as appearance, chloride, sulphate, sodium, hardness, conductivity, pH, and dry residue (total dissolved solids). No specific test methods are mandated as long as parameters are measured.
  • Providing electronic email reports within seven (7) days of sample receipt, detailing aspect, pH, conductivity, dissolved solids, and ash, adhering to H65 Engine Wash Distiller Parameters.
  • Providing all necessary supplies, labor, and test equipment at firm fixed prices.
