Project Scope
This project involves the replacement of the warehouse roof at the Engineer Repair Yard. The scope includes:
- Removing and replacing twenty (20) translucent roof panels.
- Repairing perforated areas of the southeastern corner roof and wall sheathing.
- Cleaning and preparing the entire roof (approx. 48'x100') for a new uniflex roof coating system, including silicone sealant application to penetrations.
- Removing and replacing a damaged timber-framed storage loft and office ceiling (approx. 18'x4'), including framing, sheathing, insulation, and gypsum board.
- Testing for and remediating mold in the damaged area.
- Disposing of all removed materials off-site.
