Scope of Work
The contracted American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) certified surveyors will provide comprehensive engineering inspection services. Key tasks include:

- Attending vessels for ABS certification inspections, estimated at eight 2-hour visits per quarter per vessel.
- Overseeing selected maintenance actions to ensure compliance with ABS certification standards, including weekly attendance during Continuous Maintenance Availabilities (CMAV).
- Providing oversight, inspection, and assistance during major ship industrial availabilities, such as Dry Dock events (daily meetings 2-3 times per week until completion, plus final inspection) and CMAV.
- Attending vessels upon request by the Chief Engineer for ABS-related matters, including Casualty Reports (CASREPS), involving initial assessment, 2-3 visits per week until resolved, and final inspection.
- Maintaining an accurate database of all TSV vessel inspections and certifications.
- Reporting deficient conditions and discrepancies to ship Masters, Chief Engineers, and assigned CSG-4 personnel.
- Performing other necessary actions to ensure TSVRON vessels maintain full ABS certifications.
