• Expenses: Each party is responsible for their own expenses incurred in connection with the RFP process.
• Amendments: Amendments or waivers to the BTA require a written instrument signed by both parties.
• Dispute Resolution: Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith discussions between senior representatives.
• Assignment: Assignment of the BTA requires prior written consent from the DA.
