Scope of Work
The USG seeks an enterprise-level cloud storage solution to store, manage, and secure mission-critical data, handling large volumes with high availability and robust security. Key requirements include:
- DoD Impact Level 5 (IL5) authorization for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
- Initial 25 Terabytes (TB) storage capacity with scalability.
- High availability and data durability (e.g., LRS, RA-GRS).
- Secure access controls, primarily via Common Access Card (CAC) authentication.
- Detailed cost structure for data transfer (ingress/egress), with interest in fixed-rate pricing.
- Support for HTTPS, REST APIs, Command Line Interfaces (e.g., AWS CLI), and desktop applications (e.g., Azure Storage Explorer).
- Data management features like versioning, automated backups, and user account management.
