Scope of Work
The anticipated contract will require comprehensive health unit services, including staffing, billing, scheduling, and managing medical records within an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Services encompass emergency response, urgent care, health screenings, medical surveillance, occupational medicine, and pandemic-type scenario support. Contractors must also demonstrate expertise in medical laws/regulations, pharmaceutical dispensing, and enterprise implementation of updates. Site-specific medical procedure manuals are required.

Key management personnel include a Project Manager, Alternate Project Manager, Quality Control Manager, and Clinic Managers for Artesia and Charleston.
Places of Performance & Schedule
Health units operate at FLETC Glynco, GA; Artesia, NM; and Charleston, SC. FLETC Cheltenham, MD, does not have an existing health unit but requires student health screenings and staff medical surveillance services. Core operating hours vary by location, with Glynco and Artesia requiring after-hours and weekend work through 2026. Applicable Department of Labor Wage Determinations apply to this Service Contract Act effort.
