Purpose & Scope
This Sources Sought aims to gauge industry interest and capabilities for comprehensive IT support services for various Army organizations within and outside the Continental United States (CONUS/OCONUS). The requirement encompasses a wide range of IT services, including help desk support, systems management, project management, network support (NIPRNET/SIPRNET), database management, cloud operations, technical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and security management, all while ensuring compliance with federal IT security standards. The anticipated contract type is Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) with a 12-month base period and 4-12 month options. Places of performance include the National Capital Region (NCR), Falls Church, VA, Joint Base San Antonio, TX, Ft. Detrick, MD, and Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.
Key Requirements & Capabilities
This is for information gathering only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal. Interested offerors must submit a Capability Statement addressing their specialized capabilities and qualifications relevant to a draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key areas to address include:
- Personnel Security: Ability to provide personnel with a minimum of a SECRET clearance at the time of proposal submission.
- Corporate Certifications: Possession of certifications such as CMMI Level III, ISO 9001, ISO 10004, ISO 27001, ITIL, and SDI.
- Personnel Certifications: Key personnel must hold DoD 8570 Information Assurance certifications (IAT Level I, II, or III).
- Experience: Managing geographically dispersed teams and transition/phase-in strategies. The anticipated NAICS code is 541513 (Computer Facilities Management Services) with a $37M size standard. This is a NEW REQUIREMENT.
