Scope of Work
IHS seeks an enterprise-wide license subscription for an online, evidence-based clinical decision support resource. This resource will provide continuously updated medical and drug information, supporting 24/7 access at IHS hospitals, clinics, and ambulatory healthcare centers across all nine Area Offices. The objective is to improve patient safety and outcomes and serve as a key educational resource for continuing medical education (CME) credits. Key requirements include:

- Authentication & Accessibility: Seamless IP-based, federated, VPN, and SSO authentication; access from desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
