This document outlines the technical specifications for one (1) brand-new small wheel loader, equivalent to a Cat® 938, intended for use in sub-Arctic conditions. The loader must be equipped for high-lift truck loading, forks, snow-pushing, winter operations, and payload management.

• Machine Specifications: Minimum 188 hp engine, hydrostatic transmission, 25 mph max roading speed, ≥ 35,000 lb operating weight, High-Lift geometry, minimum 26,000 lbs breakout force, automatic climate control.

• Linkage & Coupler: High-Lift linkage and Fusion™ Hydraulic Quick Coupler required for quick attachment changes.

• Counterweight: Minimum 1200 lbs heavy counterweight required.

• Tires: 23.5R25 Snow/Ice Tire Group with winter traction tread.

• Hydraulics & Controls: Auxiliary Hydraulics (3rd and 4th Function) and Ride Control System required.

• Attachments: One (1) 3.5 cubic yard GP bucket (Fusion compatible) is required. Forks and a 12-foot snow pusher are optional but must be compatible.

• Operator Station: Fully adjustable telescoping steering column, deluxe air-suspension seat, heated/electrically adjustable mirrors, rear object detection, and sunshades.

• Lighting: Premium LED Auxiliary Lighting Package and DOT-compliant LED Roading Lights required.

• Extreme Cold Weather: Weather, Thermal Bypass & Block Heater Package, and Heated Engine Breather Kit required. Coolant rated to -58°F.
