Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, and equipment to:
- Replace two (2) interior compound bay doors: Remove existing doors and install new 12'x16' insulated rolling steel doors (Cornell Cookson Model ESD) with specific electrical and operational features as detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW).
- Repair two (2) exterior bay doors: Furnish and install Lift Master Straight Arms, Curved Arms, and Operator Reinforcement Brackets on existing bay doors.
- Electrical Work: Install a new 60 Amp 120/208v Single Phase MLO Panel, connect circuits, and install dedicated 120v circuits with conduit for each new bay door, including wiring and breakers for existing door controllers.
All work must comply with the SOW (Attachment 1), Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), International Building Code (IBC), International Mechanical Code (IMC), International Plumbing Code (IPC), National Electric Code (NEC), Architectural Barriers Act (ABA), and NFPA Life Safety Code. The Period of Performance is 30 days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP), with an expected material lead time of 4-6 weeks.

Evaluation

Submission Requirements
Quotes must be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer. Submissions must include:
