Scope of Work
The contractor shall establish and maintain a comprehensive Safety Station Program. This includes providing approximately 100 safety stations, with pricing requested on a per-station basis. Each station must comply with the DOJ Safety Station Program Guide and include an FDA-approved AED device with accessories and an industry-standard hemorrhagic/bleeding control kit. The government intends to lease all items.
Key responsibilities include:
- Equipment Provision: Supply new safety stations as specified. The vendor will recommend quantity and placement after a facility assessment.
- Maintenance and Resupply: Conduct routine maintenance and restock equipment based on usage and expiration dates, adhering to industry standards.
- Reporting and Recording: Create and administer checklists for quarterly inspections, maintain records of maintenance and safety station usage, establish protocols for activating local EMS, and notify security/EMS when equipment is removed. All records remain government property.

Evaluation
Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote is most advantageous to the Government, considering price, technical capability, and past performance. Technical capability and past performance combined are considered equal to price.
Additional Notes
The opportunity requires shipping to numerous EOIR locations across the United States, including Puerto Rico, as detailed in the "EOIR Locations.xlsx" document. The government will assume responsibility for installation after the vendor determines the physical parameters and placement of stations. All items must be new.
