The Government, in response to the extensive feedback supplied by industry, will title this effort A&AS V, as it was previously styled. This change is made in order to prevent any further confusion about the nature of the effort or its relationship to the predecessor contract, A&AS IV. All documents listed in the last Sam.Gov posting are reposted and the only change will be the name change to reflect A&AS V.

In addition, in response to further industry feedback, the previous deadline for feedback, comments, and estimated self-scores is now extended to 25 March 2022. The Government welcomes additional input, including from companies that have already submitted responses.
The Government will be offering One-on-One sessions next week on a first-come, first-served basis. Interested parties may register via email to Mr. Maurice Smith. One-on-Ones are being offered to allow prospective offerors the opportunity to gather clarification on the opportunity and share information. The times listed below are Central European Time (CET). Please submit top three choices and a notification will be sent of time and day. A Zoom meeting invite will be sent out on Friday. Deadline to sign up for the One-on-Ones will be 17:00 CET 17 March 2022.

Update 11 May 2022:
Updated draft documents, responses to industry questions, and critical information about use of the PIEE Solicitation Module for submission of proposals have been posted.
Update 24 June 2022:
The Government, in response to feedback provided by industry, is making
significant changes to the draft documents, and will release new draft
documents as soon as they are available. Potential offerors are encouraged
to continue to monitor sam.gov.

Update 30 June 2022:
The Government changed over PCO responsibilities from Mr. Elijah A. Welenc to Capt Teresa J. Elsbree who will be the PCO moving forward.
