This solicitation is for Equipment Calibration Services for the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD), Airborne Instrumentation Systems Division (AISD) Machine Shop. The requirement is to provide test, measurement, and diagnostic equipment (TMDE) metrology and calibration support.

• Perform on-site calibration at least once per year, calibrating equipment to OEM standards. The first on-site calibration must be completed by 7/15/2026.

• Transport TMDE to the contractor facility for calibration if on-site calibration is not possible. Return to the site within two weeks.

• Handle, store, and transport calibration items in a manner that does not adversely affect their condition.

• Remove old calibration labels and attach new labels with contractor name, equipment status, and next calibration due date.

• Provide an online database of calibrated equipment, including make, model, serial number, last calibration date, and next calibration due date.

• Provide a Calibration Report for each calibrated item, including manufacturer, nomenclature, model number, serial number, calibration date, next calibration due date, status, and remarks. A copy must accompany the equipment and be sent to the AISD Calibration Program Manager.

• The contractor must be an ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB) accredited company, meeting ISO/IEC 17025 and/or ANSI/NCSL Z540-1 or Z540-3 requirements.

• The contractor must comply with Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 (Self) requirements.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price.

• Period of Performance: Base Year (25 May 2026 - 24 May 2027), Option Year 1 (25 May 2027 - 24 May 2028), Option Year 2 (25 May 2028 - 24 May 2029).

• The total duration of the contract, including options, shall not exceed 3 years.

• Offer Due Date: 18 May 2026, 10:00 AM.

• Proposals must include a separate quote for evaluation purposes with specifications.

• Evaluation factors include: Price, Delivery (including calibration turnaround time), Proof of required accreditations, and Award without discussions.

• Vendors must be registered in SPRS/CMMC Portal to receive an award.

• Required information for submission includes Vendor Name, Address, POC, Phone, Email, CAGE Code, Unique Entity ID, Product Country of Origin, Business Size, Shipping Destination, Shipping Cost, Payment Terms (Net 30 acceptable), WAWF registration, Warranty, and Specifications.

• The acquisition is listed as unrestricted.

• NAICS Code: 811310 (Size Standard: $19.5 million).

• Invoicing and payment will be processed through Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF).

• Early delivery is accepted at no additional cost to the Government.

• The vendor and technical contact must coordinate access to the base prior to arrival.
