This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), to lease new, state-of-the-art Endoscopy equipment for the Operating Room (OR), ENT Clinic, and Urology Clinic at the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center. The lease includes delivery, installation, integration, training, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and full service support. The existing equipment requires replacement due to age, reduced imaging quality, and lack of compatibility with current VA clinical documentation systems.

• Furnish new endoscopy systems for OR, ENT Clinic, and Urology Clinic.

• Lease includes delivery, installation, integration, staff training, preventive and corrective maintenance, loaner equipment, manufacturer-certified service support, and all accessories, cabling, and routing components.

• Equipment must be new, FDA-cleared, medical-grade, and compliant with VA and NFPA safety standards.

• Technicians must be manufacturer-certified.

• Systems must integrate with existing VA routing equipment, imaging systems, capture devices, and video-to-chart workflows, including DICOM support and compatibility with Vista/CPRS workflows.

• Equipment must meet VA, FDA, ISO, IEC 60601-1, and NFPA 99 standards.

• Maintain ≥98% uptime.

• Provide on-site initial staff training and follow-up training within 14 days of VA request.

• Corrective maintenance response time: 4 hours during business hours, 24 hours after hours or during emergencies.

• Loaner equipment required if equipment is inoperable for more than 48 hours.

• Deliverables include installation documentation, training documentation, and service logs upon request.
