Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide maintenance and preventive maintenance services for a Sony ID7000 Spectral Flow Cytometer, Serial # 2803036, located at NIH, NCI in Bethesda, MD.

• Provide all labor, material, and equipment for maintenance and preventive maintenance.

• Services must be performed on-site in accordance with manufacturer's standard commercial maintenance practices.

• Perform one (1) planned preventive maintenance during the contract period.

• Provide on-site emergency repair service during normal working hours (Monday-Friday, excluding Federal Holidays) within seventy-two (72) hours of notice.

• Furnish all required replacement parts (new, to original equipment specifications) at no additional cost, except for consumables. Parts delivery expected next day.

• Provide software service and updates, including telephone access to technical support for program software and operating system troubleshooting, at no additional cost. Advance government approval is required for software updates.

• Offer unlimited clinical technical telephone support (24/7) and clinical application support (M-F, 8 am-9 pm EST), excluding Federal holidays.

• Preventive maintenance to include thorough cleaning, calibration, adjusting, inspection, and testing.

• Equipment to be operationally tested through at least one (1) complete operating cycle after preventive maintenance.

• Period of Performance: 12 months, from March 2, 2026, through March 1, 2027.

• Place of Performance: NIH, NCI, 41 Medlars Drive, Room C310, Bethesda, MD 20892.

• Services to be performed by technically qualified, factory-trained personnel.

• Personnel must have at least one backup support person with equivalent expertise.

• Contractor is not responsible for repairs due to abuse, neglect, vandalism, Acts of God, fire, or water. These will require a separate purchase order.
