Scope of Work
The contractor will provide two (2) 55,000 CFM Tier III, 174 horsepower diesel-powered dust collectors. These units must feature a reverse pulse jet system, auger system for dust/debris removal, hopper-mounted pneumatic vibrators, a flexible discharge hose, and a drum cover for 55-gallon drums. They must be trailer-mounted with two 80+ gallon fuel tanks and have been manufactured within the last five years.
The contractor is responsible for all maintenance and repairs during the rental period. A mechanic must be provided for repairs within eight (8) hours of notice, seven days a week. If a unit cannot be repaired, a replacement must be provided within 48 hours. Delivery is required between 7:00 am and 9:00 am to Building 80 at the USCG Yard.

Evaluation and Award
Award will be made on a Best Value Basis under FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). Evaluation criteria include meeting all technical requirements, adherence to deadlines, and price. Past performance will be reviewed solely for "Responsibility" per FAR 9.1.

Special Notes
