Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the requirements for forklift support to MAG-12 at Anderson Air Force Base (AAFB), Guam, during the "Valiant Shield" exercise.

• Provide 6K and 10K forklifts, or equivalent vehicles, as requested.

• Support the movement of palletized cargo and materials within the Anderson Airbase.

• The period of performance is from May 19, 2026, to July 10, 2026.

• Equipment:

• Base Access: Contractor is responsible for providing identification for drivers and vehicles; USG will coordinate base passes.

• Transportation of Equipment (PWS 3.0 & 4.0): Performance standard met when requirements for transportation are accepted by the Government. Acceptance Quality Level: 100% of equipment delivered safely in accordance with PWS.

• Maintenance Agreement (PWS 5.0): Performance standard met when maintenance agreement requirements are accepted by the Government as effectively supporting PWS requirements. Acceptance Quality Level: 100% of equipment delivered safely in accordance with PWS.

• Surveillance will be through customer feedback and Contracting Officer/Government Point of Contact.

• Period: May 19, 2026 – July 10, 2026.

• Place: Anderson Air Force Base (AAFB), Guam.

• Contractor personnel are supervised by the contractor, not the Government.

• Government is not responsible for acts of God or normal depreciation of equipment.

• Contractor must notify the Contracting Officer immediately of any anticipated delivery difficulties.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the requirements for providing assorted heavy equipment support for the VALIANT SHIELD exercise at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam.

• Provide heavy equipment support on demand during the period of 18 May through 15 July 2026.

• Specific requirement for one (1) TUG Truck capable of offloading cargo from aircraft and ship.

• The contractor will provide fuel for the TUG Truck.

• Additional services include refueling, preventive maintenance, and 24-hour maintenance support for mechanical or serviceability issues.

• Transportation of equipment: Performance standard met when requirements detailed in PWS 3.0 and 4.0 are accepted by the Government.

• Maintenance Agreement: Performance standard met when maintenance requirements detailed in PWS 5.0 are accepted by the Government as effectively supporting PWS requirements.

• Truck/Vehicle must be capable of posting explosive material placarding per CFR and DOT regulations.

• Contractor is responsible for all fees required for transport and maintenance.

• Contractor must comply with local city, country, and regional procedures, laws, and regulations, including health protection orders.

• Contractor may be required to work during local and/or US holidays.

• Government is not responsible for acts of God or normal depreciation of equipment.

• Contractor must coordinate with the Contracting Officer for base passes and area access for drivers and vehicles.

• Contractor personnel shall be under the supervision of the contractor, not the Government.
