• Offer Acceptance Period: 60 calendar days from the offer due date.

• Offer Due Date: June 22, 2026, 1700 PT.

• This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To procure heavy equipment for various Engineering and Restoration Projects for the US Forest Service.

• Provide heavy equipment for a 10-week period, potentially extendable or shortenable, beginning July 13, 2026, and ending September 18, 2026.

• Equipment to be used for construction of trails and a stream and meadow restoration project.

• Contractor is responsible for providing all equipment, supplies, transportation, labor, and supervision.

• Specific equipment required includes: 2 excavators (18,000 lb weight class, CAT 307/308 or equivalent), 1 sweeper (LayMor Sweepmaster 300 or equivalent), 1 10 yd dump truck, and 1 off-road tracked carrier dump truck (Terramac RT7R or equivalent).

• All equipment must be pressure-washed before delivery to remove weeds and petroleum-based products.

• Equipment must be in proper operating condition, with protective armoring and skid plates.

• Hoses and "O" rings must be inspected and replaced prior to work to prevent hydraulic leaks.

• All equipment must meet Tier 3 or higher air quality requirements and be approved for use in California.

• Contract Period: July 13, 2026 - September 18, 2026 (10 weeks, with option to shorten or extend).

• Delivery Location: Ski Run Blvd, South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150 (approx. ½ mile South of Pioneer Trail and Ski Run Blvd intersection) by August 3, 2026.

• Exception: Terramac RT7R (or equivalent) tracked dump hauler to be delivered to Elks Point Drive, Stateline, NV on July 13, 2026.

• Equipment must be maintained in good operating condition.

• Estimated response times to repair breakdowns will be considered in award.

• Licenses and Insurance: Contractor shall obtain listed insurance and licenses. MSPA Card (Form WH510) is not required.

• Restrictions: Work may be restricted due to fire plans, adverse weather, or potential road damage as determined by the Contracting Officer.

• Fuel and operators will be provided by the USFS.
