The total estimated quantity for 19 Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) is 841,665,759 kWh. Specific block purchase schedules are provided for NASA JSC, AAFES, and SPR (CLIN 0017), detailing monthly Megawatt (MW) requirements for ATC (24x7) and On-Peak (5x16) blocks. A "Holdover CLIN 0019" is included for a 90-day period post-primary CLINs.

Offerors must provide evidence of responsibility, including a minimum of 12 months of experience supplying retail electricity, required licensing, and membership/participation in applicable ISO/RTOs. A Small Business Subcontracting Plan is required if the offeror is not a small business and subcontracting opportunities exist.
