Set-Aside Market Research

The Government is conducting market research to determine the availability of capable small business concerns and to support a potential small business set-aside decision in accordance with FAR Part 19. No set-aside is currently designated.

Information Requested from Industry

Respondents are asked to provide:

  • Company Information: Name, UEI, business size/socio-economic status, primary NAICS, SAM status, Federal Pell Grant Qualified School status.
  • Capability Statement: Relevant experience, technical capabilities, past performance (within 5 years), staffing approach.
  • Acquisition Feedback (Optional): Recommended contract type, suggested NAICS, comments on industry standards/risks, and rough order of magnitude pricing per student.
