Request for Information (RFI)

This RFI is issued by the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), Interior Business Center (IBC), on behalf of a U.S. Department of War agency. The government is seeking information regarding the "ESLfemto system" (Brand Name Only) and feedback on Attachments A and B. This RFI also requests capability statements from interested vendors and confirmation of their ability to maintain Authorized Reseller certification.

• Response Due Date: Monday, February 23, 2026, at 8:00 AM ET.

• Acquisition: Company's socioeconomic categories, feasibility of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract, interest in future solicitation, estimated time for proposal preparation, utilized contract vehicles, teaming arrangements, past performance experience, suggested NAICS codes, and any additional questions.

• Responses are voluntary and do not obligate the Government to release a solicitation or pay for any costs incurred.

• This RFI does not constitute a solicitation.

• Proprietary information must be clearly marked "PROPRIETARY" on each sheet.
