The area of consideration for award is limited to California, Oregon, Washington, and Hawaii. Contractors outside this region will not be considered. A mandatory pre-bid site visit will be required; details will be in the solicitation. A location differential will be applied for facilities over 300 Nautical Miles from Portland, OR.
