Scope of Requirement
The requirement is for Esteco and Volta Tokens subscriptions, categorized under FSC 7A21 (Business Application Off The Shelf Software) and NAICS 541519 (Other Computer Related Services) with a Size Standard of $34M. The period of performance will be 365 days ARO, commencing on or about February 4, 2026.
Submission Requirements
Interested parties may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Responses must be UNCLASSIFIED, limited to 10 pages in a Microsoft Word compatible format, and emailed to Travis McCullough. Submissions must include:
- Points of contact, addresses, email, and phone numbers.
- Identification as a large U.S. business, small U.S. business, or foreign business, based on NAICS 541519.
- Identification of any socioeconomic status (e.g., Women-Owned, 8(a), SDVOSB, HUBZone).
- Company CAGE Code or UEI Number.
- An explanation of how the product meets the specified characteristics (SEE REDACTED J&A).
Potential for Competition
Information received will be used to determine if a full and open competitive procurement or a small business set-aside competitive procurement should be conducted. If a Small Business Set-Aside occurs, FAR 52.219-14, Limitation on Subcontracting, will apply, and small businesses should demonstrate compliance.
