  • Drivers: Qualified, experienced, appropriately licensed and insured, proficient in English (Level 2 minimum), possessing local knowledge of Athens, and subject to background checks.
  • Equipment: Hands-free communication equipment for drivers.
  • Support: Provision of replacement vehicles within one hour's notice.
  • Insurance: Inclusion of Defense Base Act (DBA) insurance.

Contract Details

  • Type: Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).
  • Period of Performance: One (1) year for the BPA, with individual BPA Calls having their own performance periods.
