Eligibility & Evaluation
Offerors must be technically qualified, financially responsible, and able to understand English. Requirements include:
- An established business in Thailand or a plan to establish one within 30 days of award.
- Proof of SAM registration prior to submission.
- Prior construction experience with references.
- Necessary personnel, equipment, financial resources, local licenses, permits, and insurance.
- Ability to obtain performance security (20% of contract price). Award will be made to the lowest priced, acceptable, responsible quoter.
