Scope of Work
The requirement is for professional Event Logistic Support Services for the Airshow 2027 at Beale AFB, CA, scheduled for April 16-18, 2027. The primary objective is to ensure safe, orderly, and efficient event operations, with a specialized focus on traffic and parking management for an anticipated 12,000+ vehicles. Key aspects include:
- Developing and executing an Event Logistics Plan (ELP) for traffic and parking.
- Managing the full project lifecycle from planning to closeout.
- Designing traffic flow patterns and parking strategies.
- Coordinating with external law enforcement and transportation agencies.
- Providing on-site execution, including real-time traffic management and personnel supervision.
- Developing emergency procedures and supporting evacuation efforts.
Key Requirements & Deliverables
- Phase 1: ELP Development includes a mandatory on-site visit, submission of a Draft ELP, and final ELP approval.
- Phase 2: On-site Execution involves implementing the approved ELP, managing daily operations (approx. 0730-1700 PST), clearing departing vehicles within 90 minutes during peak times, and coordinating with base agencies.
- Deliverables include Initial Site Assessment details, Monthly Progress Reports, Draft ELP, Final ELP, and a Staging Area Plan.
- The government will provide items such as traffic cones, safety vests, radios, and vehicles; the contractor is responsible for placement and accounting.
