The selected contractor will be responsible for coordinating and implementing an "American Flag Football" series of clinics and tournaments across six locations in Malaysia: Kuala Lumpur, Kedah, Penang, Kelantan, Sabah, and Sarawak. Events are scheduled between June and November 2026, with each event lasting two days. The target audience is Malaysian students aged 15-25 years old, with an expected 80-100 participants per location.

Key Deliverables & Services:

  • Pre-Event: Secure venues, professional coaches, design promotional materials (aligned with "Freedom 250" branding), and manage invitations/RSVPs.
  • Event Venue Services: Provide venue setup with branding, AV systems, and for the Sabah venue specifically, a stage, seating, backdrop, emcee, and launch device.
  • Equipment, Gear, & Merchandise: Secure flag football equipment/gear, prepare 30 Flag Football kits for distribution (to 5 schools per location), source and provide 700 units of merchandise (e.g., bottles, shoe bags, towels), and provide trophies (1st, 2nd, 3rd, and participation).
  • Media & Documentation: Draft press releases/invitations, manage media attendance, compile coverage highlights, document events with photography/videography, and develop social media content.
  • Logistics & Participant Management: Provide transportation support for students, university groups, and coaches; design and provide certificates of participation and handouts.
