    • Plenary: Comprehensive A/V (audio, video, lighting, rigging, power), décor (hollow square table for up to 60, chairs, placards, backbencher seating, branding backdrops), venue infrastructure.
    • Support Rooms: Viewing/Listening Room (A/V, power), Mother's Room (A/V, décor, sanitizing station), USG Staff/Work Meeting Room (A/V, power), Prayer Rooms (décor), First Aid Room (décor, furniture).
    • Connectivity: Collaboration with Pinnacle Live for internet and networking (dry network for G20 Stream, Staff Wi-Fi for 50, Delegate Wi-Fi for 250).
    • Logistics: Estimated travel costs, freight and trucking, rigging (with Pinnacle Live), labor, other direct costs.
  • Event #2: Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors Meeting (Asheville, NC)

    • Arrival Area: Custom G20 backdrop, decorative elements, uplighting.
    • Main Plenary & Communique Drafting Room: Similar A/V, rigging, power as Event #1, plus four simultaneous interpretation booths.
    • Main Dining Room: Breakfast/lunchroom for up to 300 with G20 branding and decorative lighting.
    • Support Spaces: Information Desk (counter-style booth, signage), Leaders Lounge Spaces (G20 branding, décor, furniture), 9-12 Bilateral Meeting Rooms (A/V, lighting), Viewing Room (A/V, power), Fed/Treasury Hold Rooms (TVs, power), First Aid (décor, furniture), USG Command Room (power), Prayer Room (décor), Nursing Mothers' Room (furniture, power).
    • Interpretation: SI vendor to provide booths and equipment for 6 languages.
    • General: Creative G20 branding and signage, rigging (with Pinnacle Live), freight and trucking, labor, additional internet/network support, transportation for delegations, travel costs.
