Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive Technical Training Instructional Services to the Expeditionary Warfare Training Group Pacific (EWTGPAC) Fires Training Division. This includes:
- Full-spectrum hands-on training, mentorship, remediation, and evaluation for NSFS and NFCS.
- Delivering classroom and watch-station instruction onboard ships and at facilities.
- Conducting real-time NSFS engagement drills and assessing ship capability.
- Supporting curriculum improvement and maintenance using Navy-standard authoring tools (e.g., AIM II).
- Training personnel on systems like MK 34/86/160 GWS, NFCS, CADRT, MFP, PMP, and paper chart use.
- Assessing student performance, providing feedback, and offering remediation.
- Supporting EWTGPAC active-duty instructors and preparing training environments.
