Scope of Work
The awarded contractor will provide Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Representative services for the Chestern seal system on the USCGC Ex-Brant. This includes providing a certified OEM Technical Representative to advise on proprietary information, assist with the proper disassembly, reassembly, and installation of shaft seals, and rebuild mechanical and inflatable shaft seals using government-furnished rebuild kits according to Coast Guard Technical Publication (TP) 4499. The Technical Representative must be certified on the Chestern seal system, and their resume and references must be provided to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) at the arrival conference. All seal components will be provided as Government Furnished Equipment (GFE).

Evaluation Criteria
