Scope of Work
This opportunity requires the contractor to:
- Procure and deliver new executive-style desks and furniture, including L-shaped desks, single desks, height-adjustable desks, credenzas, various bookcases, conference tables, and chairs. All new furniture must be black ash color with no gold hardware.
- Assemble and install all new furniture at the 91st Operations Group Command Center, 546 Minuteman Drive, Minot AFB, ND. Services are to be performed between 0800 and 1700, excluding Federal Holidays.
- Remove and dispose of approximately 38 pieces of existing furniture in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
- Coordinate removal, delivery, and installation with the Government's point of contact at least 72 hours in advance. The contractor is responsible for storage if new furniture arrives more than 3 days before work commencement. No loading dock is available.
