Scope of Work

- Driver Services: Vetted, professional drivers with clean records, skilled in defensive driving, adhering to all traffic laws and FTC policies. Security clearance and federal badging may be required.
- Dispatch & Scheduling: Dedicated phone/email for ride requests, managing scheduling conflicts based on FTC priority, and providing non-routine/surge services with advance notice.
- Operational Oversight: A Dispatcher/Project Manager to oversee operations, manage staff, and serve as the primary point of contact.
- Reporting & Recordkeeping: Continuous reporting on safety, trip execution, vehicle condition, compliance, and customer satisfaction, including detailed logs and incident reporting.
Contract Details

- Period of Performance: One year from the contract award date (anticipated start by May 29, 2026). No options are included.
- Place of Performance: FTC Headquarters, 600 Pennsylvania Ave., NW, Washington DC 20580.
- Hours of Operation: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding FTC-recognized federal holidays.
