To provide troubleshooting services for the Building 4607 exhaust system at Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico.

• Troubleshoot the communications control bus for all controllers and terminal equipment.

• Verify the sequence of operations for the exhaust system.

• Create a deficiency list for non-working controllers and equipment.

• Compile a report detailing items needing repair or replacement for the 27 SOCES.

• Perform minor repairs to Communication BUS wiring, such as re-terminating controllers and devices.

• Test network and field controllers I/O control and monitoring points and equipment responses.

• Work with a remote software engineer to verify points and equipment in graphic utility interface systems, including various units such as paint booth air handler, exhaust fans, breathing air system, chilled water system, heating water system, machine shop air handler, office air handler, and variable air volumes, as well as pumps, valves, and actuators.

• The work is to be performed at Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico.

• Work hours are Monday through Friday, 0700-1600, excluding U.S. Federal holidays, unless otherwise approved.

• Contractor personnel must present a neat appearance, be easily recognized, and be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

• Contractor must obtain necessary base passes and identification for employees.

• Contractor vehicles must be maintained, clean, have company name displayed, and be in operable condition.

• Contractor employees are prohibited from possessing weapons, firearms, or ammunition on base.

• Contractor employees must comply with all base traffic regulations and cell phone usage rules.

• Contractor must conform to OSHA safety requirements and provide protection to government property.

• Contractor must promptly report any damage to government property or injury to personnel.
