The Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation (GLS), Contracting Office, intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price contract to Hadley Exhibits, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This requirement is for comprehensive exhibit maintenance and support services for approximately thirty-eight (38) interactive exhibits located at the Seaway Visitor Center in Massena, New York. Services include, but are not limited to, scheduled preventive maintenance and cleaning, unscheduled (on-call) repairs, replacement of exhibit components, proprietary software troubleshooting and support, and approved graphics, content, and video updates. The exhibits include integrated physical and digital components such as interactive hardware, media playback systems, lighting, tablets, embedded control systems, and proprietary software originally developed and integrated by the exhibit manufacturer. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining full operational capability of these systems, including limited software configuration changes, exhibit functionality updates, and licensed media integration, as required. The period of performance consists of a twelve (12) month base year with one (1) twelve-month option year. The estimated value of the base year is $56,600.00. If the option year is exercised, the total potential value of the contract is approximately $110,550. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES OR PROPOSALS. No solicitation is available. Responses to this notice will not be considered, and a determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice, and any information submitted will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. No telephonic inquiries will be accepted.
