Performance Work Statement (PWS)

• The contractor is responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance, rodent/wildlife control, repositioning/reconfiguration of infrastructure, and snow removal/weather contingency services.

• The contractor shall also manage the demobilization of LSA Lincoln, including site restoration to a clean, safe condition.

• Contractor must maintain an effective Quality Control Plan (QCP).

• Government will evaluate performance using a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).
