Purpose
The SEC Division of Enforcement investigates securities law violations and requires expert services to assist in the analysis and presentation of investigations or litigation matters. This notice aims to identify and add qualified individuals and firms to the Division of Enforcement's list of experts.
Scope of Work
Expert services may be required across a broad range of specialized areas, including but not limited to: Accounting, Forensic Accounting, Broker-Dealer, Investment Management, Computer Forensics, Economics, Fixed-income Securities, Market Manipulation, Mutual Funds, Derivatives, Hedge Funds, and various other specialties relevant to securities law enforcement. Respondents must be able to qualify as an expert witness in federal court.
Submission Requirements
Interested parties should submit a complete capabilities package electronically to OA_Expert_Services@sec.gov. The package must include: 1) a cover page with a brief overview of experience, 2) company/expert information (name, address, POC, phone, email, DUNS, SAM expiration date), and 3) vitae or resume. The email subject line must be clearly marked "503102-20-9000". The entire package may not exceed 10MB.
