Bidders must ensure their proposals accurately reflect vehicles that meet or exceed these detailed specifications for each category. Failure to comply with any specification may result in a non-responsive bid. All quantities listed must be bid upon.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (RFQ) for commercial items, specifically Motor Vehicle Delivery Orders (MVDOs). The General Services Administration (GSA) is procuring Ford Expedition (23 units), Chevy Tahoe (20 units), Ford F250 (12 units), and Ford F350 (4 units) on behalf of the Department of Homeland Security. • Technical submissions are limited to 20 pages. Past performance submissions are limited to 3 pages (minimum 2, maximum 3 recent, relevant projects). Price submissions are limited to 1 page.

• This is a 100% small business set-aside.

• Entities must have an active registration in SAM.gov to be considered.

• Attachments A (Price/Delivery Schedule) and B (Specifications) are critical and must be completed.

• SF 18 must be completed and signed.

• Manufacturer's vehicle window sticker is required for each vehicle quoted.
