Hanford Mission Integration Solutions, LLC (HMIS) as a prime contractor to the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is issuing this Request for Expressions of Interest (EOI). The intent is to assess the project feasibility by conducting market research and identifying interested parties who have the resources to provide a HMIS Warehouse Consolidation Facility Lease Agreement in support of HMIS’ mission and infrastructure needs for the Hanford Site.
HMIS intends to secure a new lease agreement for HMIS Warehouse Consolidation Facility. HMIS currently utilizes warehouse space on Hanford site and in the city of Richland, WA. It is HMIS’s intent to consolidate warehouse facilities to a central location in North Richland, Washington. HMIS seeks information from potential offerors capable of providing a leased facility agreement, including existing layouts or designs for new construction, as well as all maintenance and operational services for the lease term.
