• Services: Weekly housekeeping and fresh linens/towels, 24-hour front desk service, and one secure parking spot per suite. Pet-friendly facilities are preferred.
• Location: Hotel premises must be within 1.5 kilometers of the U.S. Embassy in Ottawa and accessible to public transportation and grocery stores.
• Operational Requirements: Reservations confirmed within 24 hours, maintenance requests responded to within 24 hours, and a 48-hour cancellation policy without penalty. Facilities must comply with all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal building and safety codes.

Contract Details

• Contract Type: Indefinite Quantity Contract.
• Period of Performance: One base year (June 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027) with four one-year option periods.
• Minimum Contract Amount: CAD $10,000 during the base year.
• Maximum Contract Amount: CAD $6,500,000 (equivalent of USD $4,800,000) for the total of all orders.
• Currency: All prices must be in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
• Set-Aside: None specified.

• Submission Method: Electronically via email to ContractsOttawa@state.gov, referencing the RFQ number. Submissions must be in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format, not exceeding 30MB per file.
• Required Documents: SF-1449, Section I (Pricing), Section 5 (Representations and Certifications), additional information from Section 3, completed IRS Form W-14, and proof of SAM.gov registration.
• Eligibility: Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and operate an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing in Ottawa, Canada.
• Evaluation: Award will be made to the lowest-priced, acceptable, responsible offeror. Evaluation factors include financial resources, ability to comply with the performance period, record of integrity, organization/experience/skills, necessary equipment/facilities, and eligibility.
