Scope of Work
The requirement is for an Extended Warranty (EW) for ZEISS ATOS and TRITOP items, commencing from the current warranty expiration in May 2026.
- Hardware Support: Covers all components of the main system sensor/camera, accessories, PC, and holding device. Includes OEM part replacement with ground shipping. Excludes replacement for performance improvement or new software compatibility.
- Software Support: Includes software releases, hot fixes, and bug fixes, with at least one major annual release anticipated.
- Customer Support: Offers unlimited personalized phone and email support, plus 24/7 access to the ZEISS web portal.
- On-site Repair: Travel and labor expenses for on-site repair are the customer's responsibility if remote resolution is not possible. The Contractor determines if an incident qualifies for on-site dispatch. Labor and repair are covered if repair can be completed at the customer's Michigan facility.

Evaluation
NASA/NSSC has determined CARL ZEISS INDUSTRIAL QUALITY SOLUTIONS LLC is the sole provider. Responses from interested organizations will be evaluated solely to determine if the procurement should be conducted on a competitive basis. A determination not to compete is at the Government's discretion.
