Submission Requirements
Offerors must submit:
- A Firm Fixed Price quotation on company letterhead, detailing service description and total price.

- Past Performance References: 2-3 projects completed within the last three years, similar in size, scope, and complexity to the SOW. Evaluation Criteria
Award will be made on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Evaluation will consider the technical approach (ability to meet salient characteristics), price, and past performance. Past performance will be rated as Acceptable, Neutral, or Unacceptable, leading to a Go/No-Go determination. Failure to submit all requested items may result in quote rejection. The Government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to conduct them.
