Scope of Work
The Government is seeking sources capable of providing personnel, supervision, equipment, and services to support the depot activation and sustainment of the F-15E PPRSV. Key requirements include:
- Delivering depot-level Maintenance/Repair Technical Orders (TOs) for the PPRSV and associated tools/fixtures.
- Providing necessary spares, engineering support, and training for USAF technicians on maintenance, repair, and overhaul.
- Supplying new depot Support Equipment (SE), test equipment (TE), and calibration equipment.
- Managing Government-Furnished Property (GFP), conducting site surveys, and facility upgrade reviews.
- Implementing project management, configuration management, and data management procedures for Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs).
- Ensuring compliance with quality assurance (ISO 9001/AS 9100), system safety, and environmental safety and occupational health (ESOH) standards.
- Facilitating Authority to Operate (ATO) for software handling Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
- Identifying Intellectual Property necessary for Government use and maintenance of test equipment.
- Ensuring all hardware deliverables can be shipped worldwide via commercial and Defense Transportation System (DTS) means, adhering to relevant regulations for hazardous or classified materials.
