• Delivery of repair: Repaired assets delivered in accordance with the contract/order schedule. Maximum flow of 230 days per aircraft. Notification required for potential late deliveries.

• Quality of CDRL deliverable: No more than one rejection of any deliverable per contract year. Specific criteria for technical and minor errors leading to rejection are defined.

• Receipt of CDRL deliverable: No more than 1 late submission per contract year. Notification and negotiation of revised delivery dates required.

• Acceptance Flight Quality: Aircraft must pass required FCF in no more than five (5) attempts, with exceptions for conditions beyond contractor control.

• Quality standard of > 97.5 percent for monthly quality.

• Government Acceptance Rate (GAR) for Safety of Flight inspections.

• Place of Performance: Primarily at the Contractor’s Installation Facility located in XXX, Saudi Arabia. Services may also be performed at RSAF operating bases.

• Customs' Duties and Taxes: Contractor is responsible for all customs' duties/taxes, including Saudi Arabian VAT.

• 100% compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) is required.

• Security: Personnel, information, system, property, and facility security requirements must be met, including US and Saudi security clearances, OPSEC, and COMSEC.

• Safety: Contractor must comply with Kingdom of Saudi Arabia safety requirements and maintain a Contractor's Safety and Health Program/Plan.

• Mission-Essential Services: Certain services are designated as mission-essential and will continue during a crisis.

• Facilities: Contractor must provide necessary facilities, equipment, and storage.

• Travel: Travel requests require approval and must be submitted in advance.

• Work Hours: Contractor shall establish work shifts as required.

• Personnel: Contractor shall interface with RSAF, USAF, and DCMA personnel and abide by Saudi Arabian Laws. Certified/qualified maintenance/support personnel are required.
