Contractors will need to contact Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company to gain access to the following documents: 16PR4559, 16PR15634 REV b, 16PR15635 REV d, 16PR15636 REV c, and 16PR15637Rev e. The Government is extending this soliciation to Feb 14th, 2018 at 3PM MST to allow for this to be accomplished. Contractors will need to contact kendal.d.neaves@lmco.com and provide your company name, company address, POC name, POC phone #, POC e-mail address, and request the documents per solicitation FA8232-17-R-3023. It is each company's responsibility to coordinate directly with LMA. LMA and the contractor will need to enter into a PIA, before LMA will release these documents. Companies are encouraged to provide this information by COB February 1st. You may cc the the Government PCO and buyer on this request for situational awareness, but all coorspondence and interactions are between the contractor and LMA regarding these documents.

The Government anticipates that this will be the last solicitation due date extension.

Note: Contractor(s) shall submit FA8232-17-R-3023-0003 and RFP-FY18-0001-04 instead of FA8232-17-R-3023, FA8232-17-R3023-01, FA8232-17-R3023-02, RFP-FY18-0001, RFP-FY18-0001-01, RFP-FY18-0001-02, and RFP-FY18-0001-03 when submitting proposals. Contractor(s) are not required to submit FA8232-17-R-3023, FA8232-17-R3023-01, FA8232-17-R3023-02, RFP-FY18-0001, RFP-FY18-0001-01, RFP-FY18-0001-02, RFP-FY18-0001-03 as part of the proposal required by sections L&M. However, all terms and conditions in FA8232-17-R-3023 and RFP-FY18-0001 are still applicable to FA8232-17-R-3023-0003 and RFP-FY18-0001-04. This amendment is only to extend the response due date and all terms and conditions in FA8232-17-R-3023 and RFP-FY18-0001 shall still apply to proposals.
